 ddsmatch would like to welcome Mr. Steve Hipson and Mr. Andy Edmister to ddsmatch!  With the continued need for dental transition services, ddsmatch continues to grow with the addition of two leaders in the industry.

Steve has 13 years experience in the industry, most recently served as Vice President of a major bank originating loans to finance the purchase of private practices across Texas.  Prior to banking, he was General Manager for Patterson Dental in Oklahoma leading a team of professionals and serving over 1,500 dentists.

With an understanding of how to structure a practice sale, accompanied by the knowledge of how to properly finance the purchase Steve is well positioned to help clients in the Dallas and North Texas Area.


Andy, has been a top-performer in the Dental Industry for over 15 years with companies such as Dentsply, Henry Schein and Benco Dental.

He is a passionate Dental Practice Transition Specialist serving West Texas and New Mexico.  His key competencies lie in the business aspect of dentistry and practice management. How do patients judge your clinical skill?

Dentists spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on clinical training and continuing education yet patients judge competence by a whole different set of standards.

A 2013 report by 1-800-Dentist surveyed over 500 dental patients and discovered that 70% said online ratings and reviews influenced their choice of dentist. In fact, the report states that patients now say consumer reviews are JUST AS IMPORTANT as a dentist’s professional credentials.

Warren, Haubstadt, Fairmount...practices are transitioning in cities and towns of all sizes..."
