We are launching a new product at ddsmatch.com. It's called the Associate Intelligence Quotient. (AIQ). Have you ever had a client WONDER if they can afford an associate? Do they have enough work to support one? What does the practice need to be doing before a successful associate integration can happen? SUCCESSFUL is the key word. Many associates regret and resent the senior doctor because they entered into the associateship with good intentions but really could not support one. This leads to disaster.
